@hypomodern we had the city water meter done today too. Plumbing was ok luckily, that would have been an unpleasant surprise

@hypomodern I'm looking to install an automated cut-off, tied to some water sensors. My thinking is that it's going to be less expensive than a flooding event. You might want to look into that if you're already getting the work done
