A giant "lobster claw" is ripping apart the masonry of 415 W. Washington #AnnArbor (old city maintenance yards). I know there had been some dreams of converting it into a Performance Network-style arts incubator; but I made visits inside 20 years ago and it was already crumbling and near-unheatable.
Less obstructed view
All the structure pictured here has been demolished as of Tuesday the 7th. The chimney swift chimney still stands. Crews are still breaking up concrete and sorting into piles.
