Today is my 3rd E-versary. Three years ago I hated myself. I couldn’t bring myself to talk to anyone but my spouse. And it felt like the world would be better off without me.

Now, I love myself. Now, I will talk to complete strangers for hours. Now, I can look out and see the impact I can make on the world.

And it’s all because I stopped fighting myself, all because I took that first step that I had been searching for, consciously and unconsciously, for 45 years.
