Portions of the old OSI session layer exist in SCTP and, amusingly enough, QUIC. Mostly in the sense of "streams" but never the old framing layer stuff that would be nice for protocol developers.

Presentation layer tends to be ASN.1 and perhaps you can squint at it with very bad glasses and visualize YANG models in there....
