A turning point for me in my transition was realizing that I could just say I was a trans man and if I did then no one would have any right to dispute that.
I'll fight for the medical evidence and I'll fight for the right of people experiencing clinically significant distress to access an evidence-based medical treatment but ALSO... everyone gets to live their lives however they see fit and you don't get to say boo about it.
If you wish you were trans, if you feel jealous of trans people, if you wish you could transition but you don't fit some kind of internal criteria?
Congratulations and condolences bc you have as much right to transition as anyone and no one has any legitimate reason to stop you.
