We’re back at Gildas’ for crepes again; this is the best crepe place we’ve found up here, and there have been a number of solid contenders!

Boyne City is definitely the underrated place in their neighborhood - being off Lake Michigan means they don't get quite the attention, but they're doing a lot well!
@hypomodern I worked with them on a downtown parking study a few years back: they wanted data to demonstrate that they had /too much/ downtown parking and it would be okay to fill in some of the lots with housing development.
(Covid stalled some of the actual developments, but I think they're still pressing forward)
